Goals
I was brought on to assist the overall user experience research and design of the scheduling accelerator. This allows administrators and registrars to schedule the upcoming school years courses, teachers, and classrooms at a high level within an easy-to-use, intuitive application.
Process
From our initial user interviews and competitive analyses, we discovered there were many complications for scheduling, with some administrators even opting to do everything by hand. We decided to take all the concerns we heard and start creating user flows and wireframes for our schedular. There were lots of good questions and pain points to address! Moving to the prototyping stage, we have made sure to keep in mind user accessibility and key features. Check out some of the flows, journeys, and wireframes below.
